Projekt-Hard

Projekt Hard is a Polish Hard Metin2 private server that launched on February 17, 2026, following an open BETA that started on December 19, 2025. The maximum character level is 99 lvl, and stats go up to 90 points. The server is available in Polish, English and Turkish - the developers claim the first complete translation in Poland of every part of the game: quests, options, system windows and item names.

Gameplay philosophy

The idea behind the server is a return to the mechanics from before the era of alchemy and sashes. The "Hard" in the name consistently shapes every part of the game:

• No alchemy, sashes, pets or costumes with bonuses - costumes do not increase character stats.
• Classic skill progression - 17 points to M1, 55 skill books to G1, Spirit Stones to P. Class reset at the Old Lady possible up to level 30, after that no class change.
• Item Shop with no impact on balance - it is built around Premium VIP at 50 PLN for 30 days. No lottery, costumes, mounts, enhancements, enchantments, marbles or blessing scrolls.
• Standard experience with targeted adjustments in selected locations (e.g. reduced exp in the Grotto of Exile).
• A limit of 3 accounts at once per device.

Custom systems

Despite the classic approach, the developers have added a number of their own modifications: a skill rebalance for all classes, a Legendary Bosses system with bosses appearing on CH3 on set days and hours, expanded fishing with a permit system scaled by character level (from 2 to 4 hours) and mining limited to one character per device. Yang is actively removed from circulation through higher crafting and upgrade costs at the guild blacksmiths.

Launch rewards

The developers have put up a prize pool worth around 16.500 PLN (480.000 Dragon Coins) for the first players to reach level 99 in each of the 8 classes - every winner gets 60.000 SM, the classic Hwang Costume and a multi-month VIP package.
