How does the list of new Metin2 servers work?
This page lists private Metin2 servers that have launched recently: it covers the last 30 days, with the newest projects at the top. Each server shows its gameplay type, launch date, position in the Metin2 server ranking and player ratings.
Servers still waiting for their launch are in the launch calendar. If the staff has given only an approximate window, the server appears here once that window has ended, so a project that may not be running yet is not shown as launched. Inactive servers are not listed.
What to check on a new server
Starting together gives everyone similar chances, but a fresh project usually has few ratings. A low position does not have to mean a weak server, because the number of votes counts as well as the average. You can read more on the how the ranking works page.
Before you create an account, open the server page and read its description, list of systems and other players' reviews. If you already know what pace you want, compare the full lists too: easy servers, medium servers and hard servers.
Frequently asked questions
When does a server leave this list?
30 days after its launch. It stays on the full server list unless it is marked as inactive.
Can I get a bonus at the start?
That depends on the server. We collect registration links and codes, with details of what they give, on the referral links and codes page.
